In Windows, click on Start and select Run. Type ‘shell:common appdata’ without the quotes. This will open your Common Application Data folder.
Double-click on the above folder to open it.
Inside this folder, locate a randomly named folder, example hfoKMwstpqrcT. Double-click it to open it. If it only contains one oddly named file (example hfoKMwstpqrcT.exe), this means that you have found the right folder. Note that the folder name and the file name will be an exact match.
Right-click the file and choose ‘delete’.

After you successfully delete the above file, restart your computer.
